About the Role:

As a Senior Software Developer focused on the Sec Master (Security Master) domain, you’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining Tower’s security referential infrastructure to support trading and back-office operations worldwide. You’ll own projects end-to-end—from development and testing to deployment and ongoing support—and will work closely with trading teams and other business stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver impactful solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strengthen and maintain Tower’s security referential infrastructure for trading and back-office needs.
• Take full ownership of development processes, including coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Serve as a subject matter expert both functionally and technically to support Tower’s global trading footprint.
• Interact directly with trading teams and business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Apply excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.

Key Technical Skills:

C++, Rust, Python, Bash, Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, Relational Databases, Linux, Networking (TCP/IP and UDP)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Solid programming experience in one or more of the following: C++, Rust, Python.
• Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of computer architecture fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills in English for business collaboration.
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptography, cryptocurrency, or DeFi protocols is a plus.
• Prior experience with high-throughput systems is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Linux and networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python and shell scripting is a plus.
